FREE SHIPPING on all Hong Kong orders!*

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed for next-business-day delivery from Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement. For orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, shipments will be arranged on the next business day.  

HONG KONG SHIPPING

*We offer free shipping for all domestic orders to Hong Kong addresses. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a unique tracking number for your package that can be tracked online. Your order will usually arrive the next business day from the date your order has been shipped. 

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, the days when Black Rainstorm Warning issued or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above hoisted.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide with Standard Air Mail via Hong Kong Post at a flat rate of HKD $120 for China and HKD $175 for everywhere else in the world. Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer tracking for international orders. Once your order has been shipping we will send you an email confirming that your package has been shipped.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

For shipments that are not delivered successfully due to the customer providing the wrong address, carte collective reserves the right to charge an additional reshipment fee of HKD $28 for orders shipped to Hong Kong addresses and HKD $210 for all international orders.
